Shipping

Firstly, we thank you for your order! Please let us outline what the shipment will include.

At Aivilo, we use our fulfillment partner – Influencers Link to ship your order. Orders are imported from our integrated online store, picked, carefully packed, and shipped via UPS or USPS or with one of the services selected by you. Shipments are shipped daily, except for federal holidays. Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Typically, orders received by noon may be shipped on the following business day.

In addition to the 2 business days for fulfillment, please consider the *estimated transit times for the order to be delivered by the carrier to you. We are not a shipping carrier, and thus we rely on the carriers below

for our shipping operations on behalf of your online store:

– USPS Domestic (US): estimated of 3-8 business days.

– UPS Domestic (US): estimated of 3-6 business days. 

This is an estimation provided by the carriers, and thus it is not a guarantee. Therefore, the transit times may be shorter or longer based on several logistical factors such as weather, work force shortage or strikes, order volume surge due to holidays, etc.

Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking information from the relevant carrier. Please note, that carriers may not scan a package when picking up and hence we ask that you wait a day for the tracking information to upload along with a day after it may say delivered, due to carriers occasionally delivering items a day after scanning as delivered.

Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@glowupmax.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Also it may appear that the refund originates from ‘Influencers Link’.
